What started as a shared Google Doc between friends has grown into a team of passionate people dedicated to helping you find the perfect place to stay — anywhere in the world.

How It All Started

Back in 2019, our founders Daniel and Marina were planning a trip to Southeast Asia. Frustrated by endless hotel listings with misleading reviews and stock photos, they started curating their own list — real hotels, honest opinions, no fluff.

Friends started asking for the list. Then friends of friends. That shared document turned into a blog, and the blog turned into 123 Top Hotels.

Today, we're a small but dedicated team spread across three time zones, united by one belief: finding the right hotel shouldn't feel like a second job.
